Refund policy

Any refund from Optimism Solutions will be governed by the refund policy stated below:

Refund of the full amount paid will be done only, if the services paid for doesn’t start within 5 working days.

Partial refunds will be applicable when you’re unhappy with the work done (deficiency of service) All unused hours for that project will be refunded within 30 working days.

You may be subject to credit card transaction charges and fluctuations in exchange rate on such refunds, due to the payment gateway and the intermediary banks involved or responsible for the transaction. We cannot predict what the charges could be, as we have no control over it.

Refunds
We will notify about refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
